QFT -500
This is a part of our Versatile Range which we identify with the colour Red, Why is this series called Versatile? Because this range works in just about every style of board!
The latest generation of the Q family of fin designs. The new QFT versions join them with our FLIPTWO flipped tips.
Smooth, powerful, high-performance fins.
These are becoming our best-selling fins! They offer smooth power with lots of drive and holding power. The harder they are pushed, the better they work. You must ride them to feel how good they are in the water.
Due to the rake of the larger fin, they tend to have excellent projection out of turns, making them suitable in larger surf, utilising the flip tip for that extra projection out of the bottom turns.
These QFT versions raise the performance bar by adding our next-generation FLIPTWO flipped tips to the already-proven shape of the Q2 fins. The outline has a minor tweak at the bottom of the trailing edge to facilitate machining FUTURES bases.
For Thruster set up, we recommend to use centre fins from the Q5 series: Q5-375C, Q5-463CK and Q5-500CK.
