Shipping policy

We will ship products all over Australia and also internationally.  Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout at the end of your online purchase. 

Postage within Australia: Generally products are delivered within 2-7 business days depending on your location.

International Post deliveries can take 1-4 weeks.

After ordering your products online, you will receive an email confirmation from Hanalei Fins Australia containing your order details.  Australia Post is our preferred courier.

If an item is out of stock on our website and you wish to pre-order it or would like to know when it will be back in stock, please email us at info@hanaleifins.com.au.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment through Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard) in our online store at the point of sale. 

PRICING

We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, make corrections and alter the website without notice.  Manufacturers and Suppliers are constantly changing prices.  Prices on this website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.  We will notify customers of any significant changes affecting your order before we ship and request return confirmation.

PURCHASE POLICY

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any items during transit as we have no control over any courier service.  If you receive a damaged package or a package that appears to have been tampered with, make a written note on the consignment note with the courier when you sign for the package. Please email us as well as notifying the local courier office ASAP – first day after delivery.
